You can start watching a streaming video before the entire file downloads. The video is sent in a continuous stream of data and is played as it arrives.
The Films On Demand database of streaming videos provides user-friendly searching, closed-captioning, transcripts (with translation tools), and the capability to embed video clips in presentations. By choosing the appropriate option, you can search the database for a particular video title or a segment title of a video.
