One Method
Access the database via the link above.
Click on the "Company Info" box in the "Guided Search" section of the screen.
Enter "Staples, Inc." in the search box.
Choose the appropriate option from the drop-down menu on the right.
If you get too many results, use the limiters in the left column. For a public company, you can type its ticker symbol in the "Search Within Results" box.

Access the database via the link above.
Drop down the menu to the right of "Nexis Uni" at the top left of the screen.
Click on the "Company Dossier" option.
Enter "Staples, Inc." in the "Company Name" search box.
Click on the first link. That is the correct link for the company with its current private (as opposed to public) status.
