Help With Library Access

In order to access some of the resources and services at Stafford Library, you will need to verify that you meet the following:

1. You have a myPortal username and password.
2. You are currently registered, this session.

Note:  If you have not done so recently within the last 3 months, you may want to reset your password.

Are you entering your myPortal username and password correctly?

Use your username, and not your email address.

For example, if you are Charlie Scooter, and your email address is cscooter1@cougars.ccis.edu, your username would be cscooter1.

When accessing a library resource, you would use just your username, cscooter1 and your myPortal password to login.
